Athena Trombley, FNP-BC

  Athena Richardson is an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She attended the University of California Los Angeles, for her Baccalaureate of Science with a degree in nursing.  She completed her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner studies at California State University Long Beach where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. 

Athena is experienced in providing primary care services such as pap smears and physical exams. She is also skilled at treating many acute and chronic health conditions including type two diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, back pain, urinary tract infections, depression, anxiety, and women’s health concerns.  In addition, Athena is passionate about education and takes the time to explain medical conditions to patients in a way that is easy to understand.  She feels it is important to build trust with patients and really listen to their concerns.  She values creating a personal connection and getting to know her patients over time. 

As an overall mission, Athena strives to provide high quality and compassionate health care to all her patients.
